Bungalovv

Bungalovv is an avant-garde electronic music producer and sound artist hailing from Argentina, known for pushing the boundaries of rhythm, texture, and genre. Active since the early 2010s, Bungalovv is a key figure in the international experimental club scene, and his work is often associated with the acclaimed Ecuadorian label, NAAFI, as well as Mexico City’s influential scene. Heavily influenced by the sounds of Latin America, industrial music, and post-internet digital aesthetics, Bungalovv’s productions combine manipulated field recordings, deep basslines, and fractured percussion with intricate digital processing.

His sound design is both organic and alien, resulting in tracks that are percussively adventurous and emotionally immersive. Bungalovv’s releases, including standout EPs like "Luz Mala" and "Donde Hubo Fuego," have garnered critical acclaim for their innovative approach to club music, deconstructing cumbia, reggaeton, and folkloric rhythms into startling new forms. In addition to his solo work, Bungalovv is a founding member of the HiedraH collective, which has helped transform Buenos Aires’ nightlife with multidisciplinary events exploring identity and futuristic dancefloor sounds.
