Bradford James

Bradford James is a contemporary visual artist known for his innovative approach to mixed media and installation art. Born in Detroit, Michigan in 1987, James developed an early interest in the urban landscape, which continues to inform much of his work today. After earning his BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and later his MFA from Yale University, he embarked on a career that delves into themes of memory, identity, and the intersection of architecture and personal history.

His installations often incorporate found objects, layered textures, and vibrant colors, resulting in immersive environments that invite viewers to reconsider their relationship with space and narrative.
