Basement Scene

Basement Scene is an indie rock band originating from Portland, Oregon, known for blending dreamy, guitar-driven soundscapes with introspective lyricism. Formed in 2019 by longtime friends Alex Rivera, Jamie Lin, and Sasha Clarke, the trio began recording in makeshift studios and Portland basements, cultivating a raw, authentic sound that quickly garnered local attention. Their debut EP, "Sundays in Stereo," released in 2021, drew praise for its nostalgic melodies and evocative storytelling, referencing influences ranging from The Velvet Underground to Soccer Mommy.

With growing acclaim, Basement Scene has since performed at prominent Pacific Northwest venues and festivals, establishing themselves as a poignant voice in the modern indie scene.
