Anushka Chkheidze is a Georgian electronic music composer and producer whose innovative approach to sound design has positioned her at the forefront of Georgia’s experimental music scene. Born in 1997 in Kharagauli, Georgia, Chkheidze began her musical journey at an early age, studying piano and later exploring electronic music production in her teenage years. Her work, characterized by lush textures, intricate rhythms, and emotive melodies, draws inspiration from the landscapes and cultural mosaic of her homeland.
Since releasing her debut album "Halfie" in 2020, Chkheidze has received acclaim for her ability to seamlessly blend ambient, classical, and electronic elements into immersive sonic experiences. She has performed at prestigious festivals such as Tbilisi New Music Days, Berlin’s CTM Festival, and MUTEK. Beyond her solo work, Chkheidze has contributed to theater productions, film scores, and multimedia installations, continually pushing the boundaries of her craft.
