Annie Marron is a contemporary visual artist whose work delicately intertwines themes of memory, place, and personal narrative. Raised in the Pacific Northwest and now based in Brooklyn, Marron draws inspiration from landscapes both urban and rural, translating fleeting impressions into paintings, collages, and mixed-media installations. After earning her BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2011, she developed a distinct style characterized by luminous color fields, layered textures, and subtle symbolism.
Her process often incorporates found objects and materials gathered during walks, imbuing her work with an organic, tactile presence. Marron’s art has been exhibited in solo and group shows across the United States and internationally, garnering attention for its intimate yet expansive exploration of the spaces we inhabit. Through her practice, she seeks to evoke the quiet poetry of everyday life, inviting viewers to pause, reflect, and find resonance in the familiar.
