Alkalina

Alkalina is an emerging multidisciplinary artist whose work fuses vibrant color palettes with abstract forms to explore the interplay between emotion, memory, and the natural world. Born and raised in Mexico City, Alkalina draws inspiration from the urban landscapes of their hometown as well as the organic patterns found in nature, resulting in a distinctive visual language that bridges the synthetic and the organic. After earning a degree in Fine Arts from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Alkalina began exhibiting their work in local galleries and quickly garnered attention for their innovative use of mixed media, digital painting techniques, and large-scale installations.

Their recent projects incorporate elements of sound and motion, seeking to create immersive environments that invite viewers to reflect on the relationship between human experience and the ephemeral rhythms of everyday life. Alkalina's art has been featured in group shows throughout Latin America and Europe, and the artist continues to expand their practice through collaborations, workshops, and public art projects aimed at fostering creative dialogue and community engagement.
