Alessa (ES)

Alessa (ES) is an emerging contemporary artist whose work explores the interplay between memory, language, and urban identity. Originally from Spain, Alessa’s multidisciplinary practice spans painting, installation, and digital media, often drawing on her experiences growing up amidst the vibrant contrasts of Mediterranean city life. After graduating from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid with a degree in Fine Arts, she honed her unique visual language in residencies across Europe, including Berlin and Lisbon.

Alessa’s signature style fuses gestural abstraction with delicate figurative elements, reflecting on themes of transient connection and personal mythology. Her works have been exhibited in group and solo shows in Madrid, Barcelona, and London, earning recognition for their emotional resonance and nuanced approach to contemporary issues. Alessa currently lives and works between Madrid and Berlin, continually inspired by the ever-shifting landscapes and cultural dialogues of urban Europe.
